Book purchase and delivery terms
Old Soul, New Soul is a digital product by Anna Astra. The listed price is $19 USD. Whop shows the final charged total, including any applicable tax or currency conversion, before payment.
What you receive
The 264-page main book is available as a Book PDF for reading or printing, EPUB for e-readers, AZW3 for Kindle, MOBI for older Kindle devices and FB2 for compatible readers. The separate 58-page Companion workbook PDF contains exercises and reflection pages to print and fill in. Download each file you need. No physical book is shipped. The files are for your personal use.
Delivery and access
After Whop confirms payment, we email a private order link to the delivery address entered on the book order form. Open it to choose and download the individual book and workbook files. The link works for 30 days; you can request a fresh link using the same email. If the email or download fails, contact hello@annastra.com with your order reference.
Cancellation and refunds
Use Request cancellation / refund on your private order page, or email hello@annastra.com with your order reference. We record and acknowledge the request. Anna reviews it and, if approved, processes the money refund through Whop. The request itself does not return money. Download access is paused while a request or provider refund is under review. A copy already downloaded cannot be recalled. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
