Details you choose to share
Anna Astra uses your name, email, question and birth details to review and respond to your reading request. Compatibility requests also include the other person’s birth details, which you must have permission to share. Please do not include medical records, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Storage and service providers
Submitted requests are stored in the site’s private database on our server. Cloudflare provides DNS and web traffic protection. Technical access logs may include your IP address, request path and time. Birth details and questions are sent in the request body, not in public URLs. Payment is handled separately by Whop under its own privacy notice; this website does not collect card details.
Email updates
To keep your progress when you read our policies or return to a form, this browser tab temporarily saves the ordinary details you entered, your selected reading, review step and explicit choices. The draft expires after 30 minutes without an edit or checkout attempt and is normally cleared when the tab closes. It stays in session storage in this tab and is not submitted until you continue. We do not save card, bank or payment credentials in form drafts.
When sign-up is open, the optional updates form records your name, email and consent separately from reading requests. New subscriptions remain pending until the email address is confirmed. New email subscriptions are currently closed. Earlier pending requests remain inactive until the address is confirmed. You can confirm or unsubscribe using the explicit action in your email link, or contact Anna to withdraw your request. Reading-request messages are separate from optional updates and offers.
Paid-order confirmations, finished reading PDFs and digital book download links are service emails sent through Resend to the address provided with your order. They are separate from newsletter subscriptions. Paying for a reading or book does not subscribe you to marketing.
Your choices
Email preferences are optional and separate from reading orders. If you choose personal notes and reminders, we store the birth date and current time zone you provide in your private email preferences. These support birthday notes and personally selected messages; they do not automatically generate a natal chart or guarantee future events. You can switch personalisation off and remove these profile details using the preferences link in your email. Unsubscribing stops all future marketing messages. Delivery failures and spam complaints are used to suppress further sends to affected addresses. General campaigns and personal notes are sent only after their content and sender configuration are approved.
Contact Anna to request access, correction or deletion of your submitted details. Requests are retained while needed to handle your enquiry; records needed to meet applicable obligations may be retained longer. No advertising analytics are installed on this site. With your separate optional consent, first-party site analytics record viewed sections, reading choices, scroll milestones, form validation categories and checkout steps. They never record the contents of your fields. An opaque visit ID can link these observations to the order and its payment or delivery state for 30 days. A visit means one page session, not a unique person; closing a tab cannot be distinguished reliably from switching away. Raw observations and these links expire after 30 days. The analytics preference is remembered for up to 180 days. Use Analytics preferences to stop collection; we also request deletion of the current visit observations. Operational order and payment records are retained separately to provide the service. A local browser preference remembers whether you have seen the welcome invitation; it contains no contact or birth details. A private payment-status link is retained in your browser tab for up to 24 hours so you can refresh the confirmation page. It does not contain your birth details or card information. To avoid entering your email again during payment, the checkout reference, delivery email and temporary payment-return state are kept in this browser tab for up to one hour. They let payment resume after a bank authorization or page refresh. Your email is passed to Whop to prepare checkout; birth details are not included in this temporary browser record.
