Reading terms
What you are requesting
All nine fixed-price readings are personal digital written PDFs. Prices are shown in USD. Product descriptions specify the contents; no physical stones or other objects are included. Custom Ritual costs $30 and includes a written practice for your intention, with correspondences, words and a specific date and time window.
Requests and payment
Review your details before continuing to payment. Whop shows the final total, including any applicable tax and local-currency conversion, before you pay. After payment is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to the delivery address you provided on this site. Anna prepares your PDF manually and sends it separately when it is ready. The account email shown by Whop can be different. Do not send card details by email or through the details form.
Preparation and questions about your order
Most readings are sent within 3 days, usually faster. Compatibility, Advanced and Astrocartography can take a little longer because they are more detailed. If you need it by a specific date, contact Anna before ordering. For corrections, cancellation or refund requests, open the private order link in your confirmation email and choose Request cancellation / refund, or email hello@annastra.com with your order reference. Confirming a request records its date and time and queues an acknowledgement email. Sending a finished PDF is paused unless delivery has already started. A recorded request is not confirmation that money has been returned. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Birth details and interpretation
Provide accurate details and mark an unknown birth time instead of guessing. Unknown times limit the possible interpretation. Share another person’s details only with their permission.
Nature of the service
Astrology is a symbolic practice for reflection. Readings do not guarantee events, money, health or relationship outcomes and do not replace medical, legal or financial advice. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
